Join us every first Saturday at GudEssence Jacksonville for EXHALE—a monthly, 420-friendly wellness experience created to help you slow down, release and reconnect.

This elevated evening blends intentional movement and mindful reflection in a welcoming space where you can breathe deeply, move freely and simply be.

Your experience includes:

• An all-levels guided yoga flow

• A soothing sound bath

• Guided journaling and reflection

• A yoga mat

• A complimentary pre-roll

• Good energy and community

Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, you are welcome here. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, grounded and restored.
