The Infant First Aid and CPR class is a non-certification class for new and expecting parents and anyone else who will be spending time with your baby.
The Infant First Aid & CPR class is a non-certification class for new and expecting parents and anyone else who will be spending time with your baby. It’s an interactive class and you will be practicing with infant manikins that provide real-time electronic feedback.
What You Will Learn:
1. CPR
2. Responding to airway issues: choking, drowning, allergic reactions, seizures
3. Responding to trauma: bleeding, burns, falls
4. Strategies for the prevention of pediatric medical emergencies
About the Instructor
All of the instructors for this class are EMTs, Paramedics, and RNs.
Chris Schlesinger is the owner of In Home CPR, a mobile First Aid & CPR training company that has served the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento since 2010. Before starting In Home CPR he was an EMT and worked in home healthcare.
Chris and all of his instructors believe learning should be proactive: plenty of hands-on practice and your questions are encouraged so you feel ready to respond to a medical emergency.
