Z3 Leadership Lab 2026 Intake Form

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: as we deepen our partnership with the JCC Association of North America, we are now able to waive the $650 Leadership Lab participation fee for our Executive, Board, and Camp Lab participants. The Early Childhood Lab will remain fully funded, as it was previously.

This means that participating JCCs will only be responsible for travel arrangements and costs to and from the Oshman Family JCC.

If cost was one of the factors making it difficult for you or a colleague to participate, we hope this additional funding makes it possible to reconsider joining us.

If you have already paid the participation fee, we would be happy to issue you a full refund. Alternatively, if you choose, you are welcome to leave your payment as a support to the continued growth of the Leadership Lab and help us expand this opportunity to new JCC professionals and audiences. 

We also hope you’ll help us spread the word. With the participation fee now waived, this is a wonderful opportunity to invite additional colleagues from your JCC to join us in Palo Alto. We hope this new funding opens the door for even more JCC professionals and lay leaders to participate in the Lab and bring the learning back to their organizations.
