This spring we are piloting our Community Cinema. This session is a Film Night aimed at bringing adults together from across the community to enjoy cinema. Each film is chosen and introduced by someone in our community. This month we present Wim Wenders’ Paris, Texas (rated 12A), the story of an aimless drifter who has been missing for four years, when he wanders out of the desert he must reconnect with society, himself and his family. Watch the trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e590FeeGCM . This film includes brief nudity.

This event is seated, and is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Please bring a cushion for your chair. Popcorn, ice cream, soft drinks, hot drinks and sweets will be available for purchase on the day. Payment can be cash or contactless. We will not be serving alcohol but feel free to bring your own. Please bring your own food only if you have specific dietary requirements.

Film Night films are chosen and introduced by someone in our community and are brought to you by MyCommunityCinema, the national organisation for support and development of volunteer-led cinema, Cinema For All, and builds on the amazing work of the BFI Neighbourhood Cinema project

If you book tickets but can no longer make the event please let us know so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
