Toast to the Green Belt — All Village Residents Welcome!

Sevenoaks District Council’s Local Plan proposes building THOUSANDS of houses on the Green Belt adjacent to Otford.Join us on Saturday 15 August, 2:30pm–4:30pm on Palace Field (next to the Archbishop’s Palace Tower) for a community gathering in support of the Green Belt. Come along to show your support, get advice on how to complete Sevenoaks District Council’s Regulation 19 Local Plan Consultation, and raise a glass with us in a toast to the Green Belt.

You can bring your own drinks and enjoy the magical surroundings of our village’s Historic Palace Tower. We will be serving a limited supply of “Green Belt Ale” for just £2 a pint to anyone with a FREE advance ticket. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so book your tickets NOW!  There will also be photographs taken for publicity, so we’d love to see as many people from the village there as possible. This is a chance for everyone to stand together, share concerns, and make our voices heard.

To help us estimate numbers and ensure we have enough stock, please don't reserve five bargain pints just because you can!  Reserving a couple of drinks per family is all we need – it's simply to help us plan and make sure we have enough stock for everyone on the day.
