Do you care for our coast and ocean?

2 - 8 December is COASTCARE WEEK and Southern Otway Landcare Network together with Otway Ocean Care would LOVE you to join us for a community beach clean-up at Cape Otway's Station Beach.

This is going to be a fabulous summer evening event on the Cape!  We'll begin at the delightful Bimbi Park with some refreshing snacks, joined by special guest Colleen Hughson (of Beach Patrol 3280).  Colleen will tell us about the impacts of plastic waste on coastal environments and how we can help.

We'll hike down to Station Beach as the sun lowers, and do our bit for this remote coastline and our ocean.  Then we return to Bimbi Park for Frank's fish & chips, cooked as only Frank and his sons can cook them! We'll enjoy the evening together discussing our beach finds with Colleen, and slip home before the sun sets.

It's a FREE event, but PLEASE RSVP to help us plan catering.
