Schools Culture Session

This engaging session explores how the various impacts on boys’ attitudes, behaviour and relationships.  Andrew Bernard (Bernie) from What Makes A Man uses real‑world insight and humour to unpack the pressures boys face,  from stereotypes and peer expectations to online influences and harmful norms.

Participants will gain practical ideas for creating a school environment and culture that supports healthy masculinity, emotional literacy and respectful relationships, while confidently challenging the patterns that can lead to harm in all stakeholders in your organisation.
