Little Sprouts: free nature play

Join us for a free six-week outdoor gardening and nature club for kids aged 0-4.

Monday 19th October - Monday 23rd November, 10am - 11.30am.

These six sessions will follow the forest school ethos of giving children (and their grownups) the chance to play, explore and spend time outdoors in all weathers and seasons. We hope this will help to inspire little ones, develop their love for nature and increase their confidence and independence as they explore.

Each week we will spend time outdoors around the farm - in the nearby fields, woodlands, the orchard, and the farm's garden. We will find things in nature as we wander and observe the changes throughout the season. Sessions are not structured, they are child-led. We will have some optional crafts and play prompts that children are free to join in with if they like.

Each session will end with a story and a healthy farm-grown snack - this part might be in the classroom if it is very rainy!

We'll meet each week outside the aviary in the garden. Come dressed for the weather!

Please only sign up for this if you can commit to at least four of the dates in this block: 19th & 26th October and 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd November.
