What Is A Producer? Three Approaches to Producing
Thu 22 Feb 2024 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM GMT
Online, Zoom
Description
In this webinar, we'll hear from 3 outdoor arts producers about what "being a producer" means to them, what they do, and how they do it. No two producers are ever the same, they'll have different approaches, do different tasks, and work in unique ways. Often, this can lead to a mystique about what a producer is, what they do, and how they do it.
Sharing their experiences of producing are:
Sophie Akbar - Without Walls
Bex Phillips - OPUS
Katy Fuller - Pinwheel
The session is split into two halves, with the presentations at the beginning that will last roughly around an hour and then an open Q+A for the remaining 30 minutes.
This webinar, along with all of our Winter Webinar Training Programme, is available for free to OAUK Members. It is £10 for freelance non-members and £20 for non-member organisations. Please note that this is per employee.
The session will be available via Zoom, with a link emailed out the day before the session.
