Family Walk: A mini Malvern adventure

Come on a family-friendly adventure as we climb two hills in a day along the quiet end of the Malvern hills. Big views and a rewarding adventure for little (and big) legs.

We'll explore this quieter corner of the Malverns, taking a family-friendly pace with time for snacks and discovering nature along the way.

Timings are approximate (as I'm sure you know is the way with kiddoes in tow).

Ticket price: PAY WHAT YOU CAN. Suggested donation: £25 for 2 adults+kids, £15 for 1 adult+kids.
Feel free to pay more, pay less, or nothing at all. The money goes towards covering the cost of putting on these events.

Key info

• Distance: about 3 miles / 5km 
• Age: ideal for active and energetic 5-12 year olds and their parents or grandparents. Babies in carriers and older siblings are welcome. Please note, the route is not suitable for pushchairs.
• Terrain: mainly woodland tracks and fields and some rocky woodland paths. Can be muddy in places.

What to bring

• A picnic/packed lunch
• Boots, shoes or wellies that are comfortable for walking
• Water and snacks
• Sun cream, sun hat, rain coat
• Make sure you have a jacket/extra layer as it can be windy on the hills
