Paddleboarding
Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is an offshoot of surfing that originated in Hawaii. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider sits until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders stand on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water, testing the rider's balance and co-ordination skills. We will provide all the kit needed to keep the participants warm and safe including wet suit, paddleboard, a paddle, buoyancy aid and helmet - they just need to bring a sense of adventure! Buoyancy aids will be provided, so participants don't need to be strong swimmers, as long as they have a level of water confidence.
