Bushcraft & Shelter Building

Bushcraft skills have become increasingly popular in recent years, and this is a great activity for young people to learn about fire craft, outdoor cooking, shelter building and the environment. Using skills that are fast disappearing in the modern world, participants will learn how to build a shelter and about our impact on the environment we live in.

Time: 9.30am to 3.30pm
Meeting point: Outfit Moray (map) 
Ages: 8 to 18
Cost: £25 (subsidised through our fundraising from £65)

We will provide all the necessary technical equipment, but please make sure everyone is appropriately dressed in suitable, warm clothing, is wearing sturdy footwear and has the following with them:

• Backpack (can be provided)
• Packed lunch (full days only)
• Snacks
• Full water bottle
