This is a fun, friendly and inclusive dance, suitable for families and people with special educational needs. Family Ceilidh Oxford organises relaxed and welcoming dances at Cutteslowe Pavillion on a regular basis, and it's great to see them back at St Barnabas Church for the Festival.

Non-gendered calls will be used.

Covid Notes
Unfortunately, it’s not gone away yet, so:

• If you have Covid symptoms please don’t come - we will refund your tickets, no questions asked.
• The church will be ventilated.
  

• Sanitizer and hand washing facilities will be available.

If you have a disability and need a personal assistant so that you can enjoy this event, we’re happy to provide you with an extra ticket for them, free of charge.

All under 16s must be accompanied by parent, guardian or an adult acting in loco parentis.

• If you have a disability and need a personal assistant so that you can enjoy our events, we're happy to provide you with an extra ticket for them, free of charge. You can book a carer’s ticket when you book your own.
• There are 4 steps into St Barnabas Church, and a ramp is available. A disabled person’s toilet is available inside the church.
• Lighting is, depending on the time of day, natural light or the church’s own lighting. We do not use flashing lights.
• There is a quieter / play area near the dance floor, with a pop-up play tent available.
• For called dances, use of non-gendered / gendered terms in calling is explained in the event description.
