Doors open at 2:15pm, dance 2:30 - 5:00
Contra dancing is the North American equivalent of ceilidh. It’s fast-paced, sociable and highly addictive. Caller Charlotte Rich-Griffin will
be walking us through the basic contra moves for the first half hour of this dance, then selecting and calling some fantastic dances. Non-gendered calls will be used.
A new and exciting bunch of experienced dance musicians with altogether too many instruments, Trip Hazard is a UK-based contra dance band that plays a mix of traditional and contemporary tunes. With their infectious energy and skilled musicianship, Trip Hazard is sure to please dancers of all experience levels.
Tickets are priced £12 standard, £9 concession and £5 for 5-16 yrs and free for under 5s and carers. We accept online payments with PayPal. Please contact us directly for other options.
All under 16s must be accompanied by parent, guardian or an adult acting in loco parentis.
