Oxfordshire Basketmakers

Oxfordshire Basketmakers, founded in 1999, brings together people interested in basketry from across the county and beyond. Everyone who is interested in basketry is welcome to join, from professional basketmakers, artists, teachers, historians and researchers, collectors, growers, and all makers, whether you want to advance your existing skills, or you're a complete beginner and interesting in learning about this wonderful craft and the many different materials and techniques from across the globe.  Oxfordshire Basketmakers delivers a regular programme of workshops at discounted rates with amazing tutors, as well as talks, visits to basketry collections, social gatherings and opportunities to exhibit.
