Sound Bath & Cacao at Wolvercote Mill
Experience deep rest and rejuvenation through soothing gongs, chimes, and percussive soundscapes. The session begins with cacao drink (or seasonal herbal tea), and gentle seasonal poetry reflections to help you unwind and drop into a meditative state.
Venue and Arrival:
Location: Wolvercote Mill (Upstairs Space), 2 Baynhams Drive, OX2 8FF
Accessibility: Lift access available - please request in advance. Chairs can be provided if sitting/lying on the floor doesnt work for you.
Timing: Doors open at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM start. No late admissions once the session begins.
What to Bring:
Essential: An exercise/camping mat and a bottle of water.
Recommended: Warm layers, blankets, cushions, and an eye pillow or scarf.
A bolster cushion (for placing behind the knees or using as a support), and blanket will be provided for each participant.

Advance Booking Essential - no tickets will be sold on the door.
Tiered & Accessible Pricing: A 'Supporter' rate is available for those wishing to help subsidise reduced cost places. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact Anna directly to arrange a sliding-scale rate.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, but you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else. Full refunds or transfers are provided if the event is rescheduled or canceled.
Facilitator: Anna trained with Sheila Whittaker, Don Conreaux, and Tone of Life (Abby Delsol and Tom Soltron), and has been sharing sound bath experiences forever a decade.
