The Chef-Instructors and their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry students return to celebrate autumnal flavors of the season in a new installment of PICAchef in France - Fall Edition

Chefs Ben, Ivy and Eulalie and the students of Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will be creating a one night, exclusive dining experience just for you and your very best dining les amis. Be virtually transported to France for an indulgent evening of fine French fare.

Savor the very best local ingredients accented with a certain je ne sais quoi in this 5-course dinner at Blue Hat Bistro with its stunning backdrop of water, city skyline and North Shore mountains views. C’est bien? Mais oui!
