Chef Brent Kim is back! This time, he'll be teaching you how to make some tasty Seoul Food!
Join him and learn to cook authentic Korean favourites like tender and chewy Tteokbokki (pronouced "duh-bok-ki"). You'll also make flavorful Beef Bulgogi and learn how to make the internet famous Kimbap - a Korean seaweed rice roll - that's taken social media by storm.
After this class, you'll be rocking it Gangnam Style and re-creating a meal that's K-town worthy at home.
MENU:
- Kimbap
- Traditional Fish Cake Soup
- Tteokbokki (Stir-fried Rice Cakes)
- Beef Bulgogi
- Steamed Rice
This menu will be paired with a traditional Barley Tea.
