The Cookie Queen is back! Come join us for a very special holiday cookie decorating class.

Guest instructor Chef Michelle Born has been featured on CTV, Global News, Food Network, Cake Magazine, BC Living Magazine as well as  online venues for her artistic decorating and pastry skills. She has worked in the industry for over 25 years in various bakeries, restaurants, hotels, catering companies and here at PICAchef as a pastry chef instructor. 

In this class, Chef will help you level up your cookie decorating prowess! You'll learn how to decorate between 6- 8 Christmas Cookie Ornaments that will be ready to hang on the tree. Topics covered will include:

• flooding
• lining
• wet on wet technique
• quilting
• painting
• marbling

and many other "tricks of the trade" used by professionals. All supplies and equipment needed for the class will be supplied as well as a booklet with all the recipes to re-create your own masterpieces at home. An apron is also included.
