Chef Brent Kim is back agian! This time, he'll be teaching you some of the delicious flavors from Busan's famous seafood markets!
Join him and learn to cook authentic Korean favourites like tender and chewy Seafood Paejon. You'll also make a comforting winter soup, Soondobu with Pork Belly along with a healthy Bibimbap with its jewel toned toppings from scratch. And, finally by popular demand, we'll be making another type of Kimchee with napa cabbages.
Participants will be cooking in pairs. An apron is provided for usage and to take home at the end of the class.
