The twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower, the cobblestone streets, the bateaux mouches gliding along the Seine and the oh so fashionable Parisians taking a promenade sets the stage for our hands on cooking Parisian Bistro cooking class!
Join Chef Rodrigo as he takes you on a culinary journey to the French capital. You'll learn how to re-create some of the most quintessential bistro classics like steak au poivre and tarte tartin. In this hands-on class, we'll cover techniques like: poaching eggs, how to properly pan sear steak, the principles of making a peppercorn-brandy pan sauce from scratch, caramelizing fruit and more. Sounds good? Mais oui!

Class participants will cook in pairs. An apron to take home is included in the price. Complimentary parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
