Mama mia! Let your taste buds travel to Milan the city of food, fashion and fun, in a new edition of our Italian Classics cooking series. In this hands-on class, you learn the techniques to create Italian cult favorites like tender Osso Bucco (aka "hole in bone" ) and the secrets to creating creamy Rissotto alla Milanese. Led by Chef Katsu, you'll explore the traditions and flavors that define these iconic dishes so you can recreate them with confidence in your own kitchen.

Participants will be cooking in pairs. An apron to take home is included in the price.
