Embark on a culinary adventure with renowned, local celebrity chef Angus An of the Michelin awarded Maenam restaurant in our exclusive Thai cooking class!
Join Chef Angus as he unveils the secrets behind the bold and vibrant flavors of authentic Thai cuisine. In this limited-edition, intimate cooking class, you’ll learn how to master the dynamic interplay of sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy flavors that defines authentic Thai cuisine. You’ll also discover tips on how to re-create his classic dishes using fresh, locally sources ingredients at home. We’ll be cooking select recipes from Chef Angus’ defining Thai cookbook, Maenam: A Fresh Approach to Thai Cooking.
A signed-copy of Chef Angus's cookbook will be provided to take home at the end of the class. Participants will be cooking in pairs. An apron is provided and yours to keep!
