Join celebrated Chef Quang Dang (pronounced "Wang"), former executive chef of such iconic Vancouver restaurants such as Araxi, West and Diva at the Met, in this hands-on cooking class. Learn how to make authentic mouthwatering Vietnamese favourites like crunchy Spring Rolls with Nuoc Cham, fresh Shrimp Salad Rolls, fragrant Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and more! During this class, Chef Quang will also demystify Vietnam's national ingredient/condiment - fish sauce. You'll learn how to taste it, what are the different grades and their uses. Take a journey through the rich flavours, aromas and traditions of Vietnamese cooking then bring home the recipes to recreate the deliciousness in your own kitchen!
