PICAchef salutes culinary icon, Thomas Keller, and his beloved French bistro, Bouchon.
Join our Chef-Instructors and their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry students as they re-create some of the restaurant's revered classics such as Rilletes aux Deux Saumons, Truite Amandine and Bouchon au Chocolat. For one evening only, let us transport you to the quaint, vineyard village of Yountville in Napa Valley, California. Reserve your seat for a culinary experience of exquisite flavors.
Tickets are $125/person inclusive of service charge. GST of 5% will be added at check out.
