Let us take you on a culinary journey to the French country side!

In this class, you'll learn how to re-create cosy and  comforting French  classics that's perfect for the chillier weather ahead. Together with your chef-instructor, you'll add a new chicken dish, Poulet Chausseur, to your repetoire, learn the secrets behind a rich and flavorul Soupe à L'Oignon and make a creamy Crème Caramel

MENU:

  • Soupe à L'Oignon Gratinée (French Onion Soup)
  • Poulet Chausseur (Hunter's Chicken)
  • Riz Sauvage (Wild Rice Pilaf)
  • Crème Caramel


Class participants will cook in pairs. Nine complimentary parking spots are available on a first come first serve basis in the adjacent building.

Please bring containers to take extra food home.
