From the moment Emily arrives in the City of Light, she is immersed in the delicious decadence of French pastries and desserts.
In this class, taught by our French pastry chef instructor, you’ll be transported straight to the charming patisseries and boulangeries of Paris and learn how to create the flakiest pain au chocolat and croissannts, the richest and silkiest chocolate mousse and the creamiest custard with the perfectly caramelized sugar crust.
So, whether you’re a fan of the series or a dessert enthusiast, join us and learn how you can create a little bit of Parisian flair in your kitchen at home!

Class participants will work in pairs. An apron to take home (value: $25) is included in the price.
Complimentary parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Please bring containers to take any extras home.
