Join our festive Holiday Chocolate Making Workshop with French native and chocolate expert, Chef Patrice, and learn the basics of chocolate tempering. After that chef will teach you how to create delicious hand-rolled and hand-dipped truffles. In this class, you'll learn how to master the techniques for making mendiants, as well as classic peppermint bark. At the end of this class, you will have created a selection of chocolate treats perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself!
This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners eager to explore the art of chocolate making. Unwrap the joy of the season by crafting your own chocolate indulgences.
