Join French native, Chef Patrice, and embark on a culinary journey in our hands-on pastry class, where you'll learn about the versatile pâte à choux —the foundation of some of France’s most beloved treats.
In this small group class, we will cover the science behind pâte à choux and why it’s so unique. Chef will also discuss the essential ingredients needed and the step-by-step process to achieving the perfect dough. Once you have the basics down, Chef Patrice will guide you to create four classic French pastries.

Please note that participants will be working in pairs. Please bring some containers or boxes to take your creations home. This class includes an apron ($25 value) that's your to take home at the end of the class.
