Join us for an immersive culinary journey as we honor the wisdom and grace of the Year of the Snake! Whether you're a seasoned home chef or just beginning your cooking adventure, our Lunar New Year Cooking Class offers a unique opportunity to master traditional flavors and techniques that symbolize prosperity, longevity, and good fortune.

  • Golden Pork & Chive Dumplings: Craft these delectable dumplings, symbolizing wealth and abundance, with a perfect blend of savory pork and fresh chives wrapped in delicate, golden dough.
  • Long Life Chicken and Vegetable Noodles: Prepare a vibrant noodle dish that embodies longevity and vitality, combining tender chicken with crisp vegetables in a harmonious stir-fry.
  • Stir-Fried Green Beans with Chili and Garlic: Master the art of stir-frying to create spicy and aromatic green beans, a favorite dish that adds a kick to your celebratory feast.
  • Lucky Mandarin Orange-Shiso Granita: Conclude your meal with a refreshing granita that not only delights the palate but also brings luck and sweetness to the new year.
  • Fragrant Jasmine Tea 

What To Expect in this small, hands-on environment led by our professional chef-instructor:

  • You will work in pairs, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • You will be provided with an apron (value: $25) to use and to take home
  • Classes are approximately 3.5-4 hours
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
    *substitutions may occur based on ingredient quality and availability
