Let your budding chef join us at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts for a week of food, fun and teamwork as they dive into a completely hands-on, week-long cooking and baking camp with our professional chef-instructors.
In this series, campers will learn ALL NEW 2025 recipes and develop their cooking and baking skills to re-create their menus at home for mom and dad. Culinary knowledge is a wonderful life skill to have!
CURRICULUM
Day 1: Knife Skills & Mexican Fiesta Day
Day 2: Mama Mia! It Hasta be Pasta
Day 3: Sweet Tooth Baking Day
Day 4: A Cook's Tour of Asia
Day 5: Foods from Around World
What To Expect in this small, hands-on environment led by our professional chef-instructor:
- Campers will work in pairs, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Campers will be provided with an apron (value: $25) to use in class and to take home.
- Please have your camper wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-slip shoes. Long hair needs to be neatly tied back.
