Join Chef Katsuhito Inoue for a hands-on culinary journey that celebrates the cross cultural flavors and techniques of modern Japanese bistro cooking! You’ll learn to make Chicken Yakitori with Tokyo Negi, Garlic-Tarragon Mayo Baked Salmon, a Hawaiian style Tuna Poke Roll and more. Plus let Chef guide you as you discover how to pair and pour sake like a pro. Come hungry for knowledge (and flavour)!

Participants will be cooking in pairs. An apron (value: $25) is provided for you to use and take home at the end of class. Please bring containers to bring extra food home.
