M is for Mom and Marvelous Macarons! In this marvelous class taught by our French pastry chef-instructor, you'll be transport to the charming patisseries of France where colorful, dainty and delicious macarons beckon you from their storefronts. Let French native, Chef Patrice, teach you how to master the techniques behind whipping the meringue and mixing the batter to achieve crisp color shells, and how to create intensively flavorul fruit and chocolate ganache fillings. 

At the end of the class, you can packaged your marvelous macarons for mom! This is the perfect class for friends, for you and mom, or for a parent and child (12+) to attend. Mom will sure be impressed when you gift her your homemade, tasty macarons!

Class participants will work in pairs. An apron to take home (value: $25) is included in the price.
Complimentary parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Please bring containers to take any extras home.
