Join French native and apple devotee Chef Patrice for a cozy afternoon celebrating the queen of fall fruit — the apple.

You’ll bake your way through two timeless favourites: a Traditional Apple Pie, where you’ll master the art of achieving a perfectly flaky, all-butter crust, blind baking, and creating a beautifully spiced apple filling with brown sugar and citrus zest; and a Tarte Tatin, the iconic French upside-down tart that teaches the secrets of dry-caramel making, precise apple layering, and that impressive final flip.

Expect the scent of cinnamon and caramel to fill the kitchen as you refine your pastry skills and bring home your golden creations. Participants work in pairs; please bring containers for take-home treats. 

Participants will be working in pairs. Please bring containers to take your baked goods home.
