Dive into the bold, structured world of the world’s most influential red grape. This class, with Mark Taylor, is all about power, place, and personality—exploring how Cabernet shifts from the graphite-lined precision of Bordeaux to the lush, dark-fruited strength of the “New World”

You’ll examine what gives Cabernet its signature backbone, how climate and terroir change its expression and why it has become the benchmark for collectors and casual drinkers alike. Expect a confident, flavour-packed session that highlights Cabernet’s depth, history, and undeniable global impact.

2 Hours | Six Wines | Canapé Pairing

Tasting will include approximately 12 fluid ounces  of sparkling wine.
Price includes 10% Provincial Liquor Tax. GST (5%) will be added at check out.
