Thai Kitchen Essentials 🇹🇭

Step into the vibrant world of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class focused on bold flavours and classic techniques. Guided by Chef Olive, a native of Bangkok, students will prepare a trio of authenic and iconic dishes that showcase the balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy that defines Thai cooking.

M E N U

  • Chicken Satay marinated chicken skewers grilled until juicy and served with a rich peanut sauce
  • Tom Kha Mushroom Soup a fragrant coconut milk soup with galangal, lime, and chilies
  • Pad ThaiThailand’s most beloved noodle dish, finished with tamarind, palm sugar, and fish sauce

This class is designed to be approachable, engaging and skills-focused, with plenty of hands-on cooking and chef tips throughout. Students will enjoy the dishes they prepare together during the class.

What To Expect
 in this small, hands-on environment led by our professional chef-instructor:

  • You will work in pairs, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • A fun few hours with exploring the flavors and foods of Thailand
