Join our instructor, Chef Ben, and step into the world of classic French bistro cooking in our Parisian Bistro Basics - Steak Diane class. You’ll learn how to prepare a timeless menu of Salade Verte à la Vinaigrette à l’Estragon, Steak Diane, Spring Asparagus, and Pomme Boulangère while building the kind of foundational skills that make French cooking so rewarding.
Along the way, Chef will walk you through the different cuts of steak, how to choose the right one for the dish, and how to achieve a proper sear for your ideal doneness. He’ll also share tips for creating a rich, flavourful pan sauce worthy of any Parisian dining room, plus the techniques that turn simple sides into something truly special. Très bon, non?
