The bright lights of the Eiffel Tower, cobblestone streets, a stroll along the Seine... it's the perfect backdrop to a romantic day. In this hands-on class you'll be whisked away to Paris without having to leave Vancouver, and create some delicious dishes that are sure to make you say j'adore.
This class is independent from the various other culinary and pastry classes in our repertoire. They can be taken individually or you can sign up for several if the topics interest you, and can be taken in any order!
MENU:
Niçoise salad
albacore tuna, poached egg, green beans, potato, anchovies
Roasted lamb sirloin
Provençal style
Dauphinoise Potato
Pear tarte Tatin
Crème Anglaise
