The festive season is almost here! Let Blue Hat Bakery-Café at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts take care of the grocery shopping, prepping and cooking, while you relax with your loved ones.

Our multi-course holiday feast can be ordered by individual servings making it perfect for smaller family and friend groups this year.

Two options are available: Menu A (Turkey) $45/person or Menu B (Roast Beef) $55/person along with your choice of desserts.

Pre-order your holiday feast today for pick up on Dec 23rd or 24th.


HOLIDAY DINNER MENU

Menu A (Turkey) - $45 Per Person
Rosemary Citrus Brined Turkey with Thyme & Shallot Gravy & House-made Lemon Cranberry Sauce (GF,DF)

Served with:

  • Kale, Cranberry & Butternut Squash Salad (GF, DF)
  • Garlic Herbed Mashed Potatoes (GF)
  • Green Beans Almondine (GF, DF, contains nuts)
  • Brown Butter Carrots & Parnips (GF)
  • Honey Roasted Beets (GF,DF)
  • Chestnut, Onion & Olive Stuffing (contains nuts)

Your choice of ONE of the following desserts:

  • Caramelized Apple Pie
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Sauce
  • Dark Chocolate Layer Cake (GF)


Menu B (Roast Beef) - $55 Per Person
Sous-Vide Roast Beef with Rosemary Garlic Jus & Horseradish (GF,DF)

Served with:

Orders will be available for pickup on December 23rd 9am-5:30pm, and December 24th 9am-2pm.
