Get ready to spoil Mom with our decadent Mother’s Day High Tea for Two or more on Friday, May 6^th at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts’ Blue Hat Bistro. Featuring both sweet and savory goodies, everything on the menu is lovingly prepared in-house by our pastry chef-instructors and their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry students – including all the breads, fruit preserves and the time consuming, but oh so delicious, English style, clotted cream!

We’ll also be featuring a choice of teas from noted Vancouver tea merchant, TEALEAVES. And, to make this a real celebration of Mom, bubbles and mandarin mimosas can be added as an extra treat.

Pre-paid reservations are available for either an 11:00am or 1:30pm seating.

Tickets for this special Mother’s Day event is $140* for two people, with additional add-on single ticket for $72* each. All prices include applicable taxes and gratuities.
