Get ready to spoil Mom with our decadent Mother’s Day High Tea for Two or more on Friday, May 6th at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts’ Blue Hat Bistro. Featuring both sweet and savory goodies, everything on the menu is lovingly prepared in-house by our pastry chef-instructors and their Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry students – including all the breads, fruit preserves and the time consuming, but oh so delicious, English style, clotted cream!
We’ll also be featuring a choice of teas from noted Vancouver tea merchant, TEALEAVES. And, to make this a real celebration of Mom, bubbles and mandarin mimosas can be added as an extra treat.
Pre-paid reservations are available for either an 11:00am or 1:30pm seating.

- Lime cheesecake with fresh berries
- Almond rhubarb tart with white chocolate dome & fresh cream

Tickets for this special Mother’s Day event is $140* for two people, with additional add-on single ticket for $72* each. All prices include applicable taxes and gratuities.
