On Father’s Day weekend, show Dad he’s the best with our Spring Tasting Menu. Chef-Instructors Dave Letford and Camila Takahashi have created a six-course tasting menu featuring the freshest and most flavorful tastes of the season including succulent BC Spot prawns, tender Pacific King salmon, rhubarb, lemon and much more. 

Let us help you celebrate Dad on Saturday, June 18 as we highlight spring produce from local farms and seafood from our neighbors at Fisherman's Wharf.

Wild BC Spot Prawns & Pea Salad

Broccoli & Fennel Tortellini

Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio

Pacific King Salmon with Saskatoon Berry Glaze
