Join Chef Katsuhito Inoue in this hands-on cooking class that will take your tastebuds on a journey straight to late nights in Tokyo at one of the countless Izakaya, serving small plates of delicious food. Now you can bring these delicious dishes and add them to your rotation at home - no passport required.
MENU:
- Tori no Karaage with Miso Aioli (Chicken Karaage)
- Hamachi Crudo with Lime, Coriander, and Hamachi Negi in Wonton Cup (Yellowtail Crudo)
- Ebi Gyoza with Spicy Citrus Soy (Shrimp Gyoza)
- Chikuwa Cheese Harumaki with La-Yu Mayo & Aonori
- Tataki Kyuri (Smashed Cucumber Salad)
To top it all off, Chef Katsu will be pairing this menu with sake pairings - just like you would have at an izakaya. Kampai!

Guests who provide at greater than 5 business days' notice that they are no longer able to attend will be granted credit equal to the amount of the class registered.
