In this hands-on baking class, Chef Camila Takahashi will introduce you to the classic French entremet: a cake composed of multiple components assembled in layers, filled with mousse, enrobed with a glaze, and decorated. The entremet is a perfect balance of textures and flavours; every bite is both creamy and crunchy, rich and refreshing. Chef Camila's entremet is a celebration of holiday flavours sure to please every palate.

Refund Policy: Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts classes are non-refundable. Guests who provide at greater than 5 business days' notice that they are no longer able to attend will be granted credit equal to the amount of the class registered. This credit can be used towards a future class at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Cancellations with less than 5 business days' notice forfeit the course fee.
