Join us for this limited-edition dining series with Chefs Benoit (Ben-wah), Philomène (Fee-lo-men) and Gary (Ga-reeh) and their students in Advanced Culinary and Baking & Pastry. You and your best dining amis (ah-meez) will be whisked away to the City of Light for an evening of fine French fare inspired by the founder of modern cuisine Auguste Escoffier.
