It’s been some journey!

It all began with my first live event in October 2013. Over the past 10 years, more than 30,000 wonderful individuals have joined me in exploring mindfulness and meditation through live events, workshops, retreats, and courses. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I’ve published two books, and one of them, ‘This Works’, went on to become a bestseller. Your unwavering support made this possible - thank you.

Your emails and messages of support, kindness, and encouragement throughout the years have been a constant source of strength. Again, my deepest gratitude to each one of you.

Of course, many more incredible things have happened along the way, and I am beyond grateful. However, as they say, all great journeys must eventually find their horizon. So, in just a few weeks, I'll be embarking on my final live tour – The Farewell Tour.

During this very special event, I’ll share what I’ve learned from two decades of practicing mindfulness and meditation. Together, we’ll explore insights about happiness, peace of mind, and navigating life's turbulent times. Your questions will be answered, stories shared, and as always, we’ll have a few laughs along the way.

Whether you've followed my social media, attended an event, read my books, or simply want to say ‘Hi’ (and goodbye), I’d be honoured to see you all in person one last time.

And to make this farewell even more meaningful: A portion of the ticket sales will go towards supporting youth mental health charities so that together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives that need it most.
