- The Padiham on Parade 1940's weekend kicks off on Friday evening (26th June) with 'Dancing through the Decades' in the Big Tent (aka the Marquee) on Riley Street in Padiham town centre. The fantastic DJ, Dapper Dan, will be playing tunes to get those feet dancing from the 1940's right through to the 1970's. Dancing through the Decades starts at 7 pm on Friday 26th June, warming everyone up for the big 10th Anniversary Padiham on Parade 1940s weekend on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June 2026. ''Dancing through the Decades' is a ticketed event (£6.00 per ticket) to help raise more funds towards the FREE weekend of events that follow on the 27th and 28th June. So get your tickets before they sell out. *Tickets can be purchased directly on this site which will email your ticket/tickets to you or you can pop into the Town Clerk's Office in Padiham Town Hall to buy tickets too.
