This 7-lesson course builds on my popular workshops in Ireland and the UK, on my books, published in several languages, and on more than 30 years of practice in therapy and mindfulness. The end date of Sat 28 September above is the date on which sales end. If you have booked you will have indefinite access. You can also start the course later if you have booked.

- Self-compassion helps you to be a true friend to the person you already are – you don’t have to wait until you’re perfect. It’s a great antidote to perfectionism and it can help you turn down the volume on the critic in your head – we all have that critic but we can learn not to let it rule us.
- Mindfulness reduces stress and enhances your general well-being through helping you to cultivate present-moment awareness and to take a step back from the rush of thoughts and feelings.
- Gratitude gives you a boost to your sense of well-being – research study after research study shows gratitude helps us feel more positive.
- Acceptance can help you to move on with your life and to take new paths or to appreciate the path you are already on or to make peace with yourself and others when a situation cannot be changed.
Where and when can I take part?
The whole course is online so – anywhere and anytime. Also, most of the material is downloadable for your convenience.
How long does it take?
You could read the material for each lesson in less than an hour but what really matters is to do the short and easy practices. This is how you get to build its lessons into your life.
What if I can’t keep up?
Don’t worry, the material will be there for you when you get back. Life is unpredictable so you can start late or take a break and come back. The course will remain accessible until at least the end of 2024.
