Missy Raines and Allegheny House Concert 11.2.25

Missy Raines, the legendary bassist, and her full, 5 person band, Allegheny, are coming to my house for a Sunday evening concert of bluegrass music. I met Missy when she played here last year with Robbie Fulks. I am truly delighted to have her return with her full band. Raines is a trailblazer on a long and adventurous musical journey which has been informed by the Southern Appalachian bluegrass of her youth. She is one of the most iconic musicians and band leaders in bluegrass music and is the most awarded bass player in the history of the International Bluegrass Music Association. Missy Raines.com

Directions and Details: Doors open at 5:30, music at 6 pm. 354 Fry Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522. Fleetwood is outside of Reading, PA. The performance space is acoustically wonderful. My house is in the middle of the woods at the end of a dead end lane. A flashlight is helpful to have getting back to your car. Follow Fry Road until it turns to gravel, then turn right into driveway. Park anywhere along the driveway or in big lots. There is comfy floor space for sleep overs. Wheel chair accessible.
