Laura Cantrell House Concert

For those of you used to my punk rock oriented concerts, this will be a real change. Laura Cantrell sings "in a sweet, clear, purposeful voice…” The New York Times. She has the voice of an angel and plays an amazing guitar.

Her new record, "Just Like A Rose: The Anniversary Sessions," is an album of original music celebrating her first 20 years in music making."Just Like A Rose' is a buoyant collection showcasing Cantrell's songcraft, sense of history, and conviction as a modern woman singing country music."

She has performed on "A Prairie Home Companion," "Mountain Stage," and the "Grand Old Opry," and appeared on the television programs "LateNight With Conan O'Brien," and BBC One's "The Andrew Marr Show." She is currently the host of "Dark Horse Radio," SiriusXM's program about George Harrison.

Directions and Details: Fleetwood is outside of Reading, PA. The performance space is acoustically wonderful. My house is in the middle of the woods at the end of a dead end lane. A flashlight is helpful to have getting back to your car. Follow Fry Road until it turns to gravel, then turn right into driveway. Park anywhere along the driveway or in big lots. All shows are BYOB. You can pay at the door, but it helps me a lot when you buy tickets! There is comfy floor space for sleep overs. Wheel chair accessible. Contact me about these topics.
