Poems for Gaza

Join us for an evening of poetry in English and Arabic reflecting on Gaza, the genocide in Gaza, and the resilience, dignity and humanity of the Palestinian people.

The evening will be hosted by Colin Pink and Amjad Taha. Colin will read a selection of his poems inspired by Gaza, with Amjad reading the Arabic translations. Through poetry, the event bears witness to loss and survival while affirming hope, justice and solidarity.

Following the featured readings, the stage will be open to the community. We warmly invite poets, writers and anyone who wishes to share a poem about Gaza or Palestine—whether your own work or a favourite piece that has special meaning for you. Readings in Arabic, English, or both are welcome.
